Hello all,

We have a registered trademark and design right for our products. Currently, a few Amazon sellers counterfeits our products. We claimed it to Amazon but Amazon doesn't care it. We plan to trust one Solicitor to write a letter to Amazon, and require it to remove the listings of those sellers.

I searched some legal firms and contacted them. It seems they are not interested in the tiny issue. But the tiny issue has impact on our business. Not sure if I can find a solicitor here. Any recommendation or suggestion is appreciation.

Regards!

Vivian

I recommend that you contact a registered trademark attorney, they should be able to help you. You're welcome to pm me if you wish.

Daft question but I have to confirm that you have used Amazon's report IP infringement function: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/reports/infringement

You may have more success targeting the sellers directly (although beware the unjustified threats provisions in the trademark and registered designs acts).

Finally, registered design and trademark infringement can be tricky, I would not advise you to take action immediately until someone has looked as the rights you own and what the alleged infringer are selling to ensure you have a case.

Thanks you guys. Sorry for my late response. I've contacted one professional attorney which quoted too high to be affordable.

Thanks gruffUK. Your suggestion looks interesting. I try to search a few amazon sellers and form a specific group. The group will seek one attorney for a group annual deal.
