Hi Sparrow

If you haven't sorted this already, as an EE dealer, I can sort this for you.

There is a really cheap deal available on EE at the moment:
£13.13 + VAT monthly equivalent (£17.50 + VAT with every fourth month free on a SIM ONLY 24 month contract).

Includes Unlimited UK Standard Prefix 01,02,03,07 Minutes (no machine usage) + Unlimited Standard UK Texts (no machine usage) + 4GB of data.

In answer to your question, in addition to Signed PO on Headed Paper + Signed Contract, for all business customers I would need any TWO proofs only taken from the following 5 different proof types:

1) Bank/Building Society Business account statement.
2) Business utility bill.
3) Mobile/Landline phone bill in the Business name.
4) Business VAT Registration certificate.
5) Certificate of Incorporation or change of company's name.

If I can be of any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Best Regards

Simon
