Hello,

First of all thanks to all community for the useful advices. I discover some free accountancy software here, like adminsoft which I am using, but after a while trying all features now I'd like to know if anybody know any software like adminsoft for keep record of all accountancy stuff plus stock control.

Yes, we run a small business and we do not have enough budget...

Have a look at waveaccounting.com It is US based, it delas with VAT and £ and is free. I'm not saying it is suitable, I'm saying take a look and decide for yourself.

Have you used it? I've looked at the website and although it says it deals with Sales Tax it doesn't mention VAT. I've never tried American software so I don't know if they deal with Sales Tax the same way that the UK deals with VAT ie control accounts, VAT returns etc.

I had a google and found this review which goes into great detail on how it works, including a Canadian Sales Tax Return. It would appear that Wave does not support cash accounting for VAT, which is a system used by many small businesses. I don't know how it would cope with Flat Rate VAT either. But as it is available for free (supported by ads) have a look and see if you can use it.
