Hello

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a software solution we are looking to expand and in the short term we want to use subcontractors in areas where we will struggle to cover

We need something that will deal with all the leads from the customer calls, quoting, once quote is accepted, taking payment/invocing, selecting the sub-contractor in their area, sending details to them via sms,

We are also looking to have a crm built in where we can keep track of ongoing jobs and sub-contractor insurances etc,

My first thought when reading this was WorkFlowMax.

You will have to check it does everything you want, although I am pretty certain it does.

It comes highly recommended also from people I know who use it

Take a look at Office 365 Business Premium -

The Invoicing application covers most of what you describe as business need and the Bookings plus Customer Manager should cover the rest

If the formats don't quite fit it can be easily reconfigured at reasonable cost.
