Software Developer Required

This is either the best of times or the worst of times, but I am starting up a development I had initiated a year ago and put on hold due to other commitments. I now have some time to move things forward.

I am from a technical background but need a software developer to focus on the front and mid tiers. I have a clear roadmap toward a commercial offering, from POC > Private Beta > Public Beta etc....

I have some funding lined up but I'm really looking for someone who I can get on well with and partner with. Initially though I am looking to talk through the POC.
