Software Developer Required

We are looking to hire a good software developer for a project that we estimate will take 4 weeks.

You will need skills in VBA or C Programming Languages to develop a PC Desktop Program to store user input data into a database and generate a printable certificate.

This task needs to be completed by no later that the end of February 2011.

Sounds like you need PeoplePerHour.com, but reviews on this forum are very mixed (I have to admit I haven't used them yet but am planning to do so in the new year)

To be honest we have used People Per Hour, Guru, Rentacoder etc
and we find them to be very hit and miss.

We really want a UK based programer that we can establish a long term working relationship with

If I have it right, all you want is to input names and keep them on file. Then, at some later stage, select one or many or these and hit the print button and certificates come off the printer for each name.

If that's it (or anywhere near being it) then give me some more detail by PM and I will see what I can do (and in much less than four weeks).
