Good morning,

I am looking for some advice on accounts software.

I am using Wave at the moment, its free and very good but is limited in a lot of ways.

I have trailed QuickBooks and didn't like it, cant add accounts etc.

Any advice?

Id like to be able to keep all my client info in it as well, not a CRM so to speak but a bit of a one hat fits all would be nice.

Thank you

Size of business?
Number of transactions?
Planned growth?
Wants from the system?
Essentials from the system?
Budget?
Etc etc.

There are a number of different things that will dictate the answers you receive.

It would be worth you sitting down with your accountant to discuss what options are out there and which software would be best suited to you and your business.

30-40 a month in / 14 /15 out.
We will need VAT functionality before the end of 2019
To be able to add customer accounts is the main thing.
Monthly fee, under £40 pm

We don't have an accountant (ongoing) Our ins and outs don't require one. Easily handled on my own, I just want something a bit better than Wave.

I have just set up my own and charge £25 per month, let us know if interested, you can give it a try, if you don't like it, scrap it. I use it for all my clients, but I have a couple of none clients using it for their own personal use.

Hopefully I am not breaking any forum rules here, if so, please tell me off promptly.
