Software advice, possible CRM

I'm currently using Tapforms, which allows me to create (fully customised) invoices, which are then sorted by what date the project is due, it also allows me to add contacts which are then connected to the invoice. The invoice effectively becomes a task as well as a bill. For me, this works near perfectly, but I am at a stage now where i need something that works similar to the above, but has banking integration, so ideally the software/app would notify when a payment has come through, and tick the checkbox on the invoice under payment received, eliminating the current need to input the data manually. I don't have a need for a full blown CRM yet, I've had a play with Salesforce and Zoho, although i'm sure these can do what I need, they come with a ton of other crap that I really don't need, Salesforce in particular.

Also, the beauty of Tapforms is it looks the same in the app as it does with the desktop, this is important as I take so many orders on my iphone.

Yes, I wondered that now long after posting so proceeded to experiment with xero, quickbooks, freshbooks and invoice2go, but none of them allow full customisation, i.e adding and removing forms, renaming lines, adding in a due date for the order rather than the invoice etc.
