Social Media / Business Link

Hi all,

I have an idea for a business / software, however it will involve users using the information on there various social media accounts.

They will obviously be specifically request my product so they will consent etc.

Does anyone have any experience in this so i can have a brief chat?

Just want to make sure im not doing anything wrong!

Just after a quick bit of advice, our website is going to link API from a few of the main social media players like facebook, twitter & instagram.

The user will then access pictures for instance via our website and be able to order them in print canvas etc.

Just wondering if i need to consider anything legally? Like get them to sign terms and conditions saying its fine etc?

Also in terms of using the facebook logo for instance on the products is that allowed?
