Same job (job1)

++ Salary: same as offered by job 2 after 2 months , good salary.
++ The CEO is multimillionaire and very active entrepreneur and trusts me greatly; he always keeps launching new projects/new companies and always asks me if I want to get involved in any of them.
+ Familiar and friendly environment
+ Not very family business-oriented
+ No Saturdays
+ Can start taking serious loans soon
+ 15 days vacations cumulative

--Financial instability (debts, dues and sometimes ...slightly delayed salaries sometimes )
- No obvious yearly raise system
- Not much room to grow
- New projects rarely work
- No educational culture (no certifications or any kind of this)

Job2 :

++ Much more important position (senior)
++ Learning a major career skill (CRM) and certifications
+ Salary fair for the first three months (recently updated) and Good starting the 4th month
+ 5% yearly raise + bonus based on assessement
+ Much larger corporate company, much room for growth and stability
+ Few blogs away from home, no daily fuel transportation cost.
+ Much better CV for later

-- Newly launched project, not handled by anyone else before, CEO is expecting a high ROI out of it.
- Saturday half-day work
- Less holidays (ie. No Christmas…etc)
- New environment, the factor of unknown.
- More family-oriented business , including grandchildren and cousins and zoj khwel...
- Have to wait at least an additional year before taking a serious bank loan.....

According to my point view the job where you can polish your skills and gain some knowledge is much better as compare to go for a high salary at the first hand. In the market if you have knowledge than you are the best. So good salary is not everything but a good salary with a good knowledge is very important in this regard.
As you discussed in the business forum than job 1 is much better.

Best of luck

Probably just me but I didn't understand the references to loans ?

All the best

Steve

No it's not just you, the question is unclear and unless it is leading somewhere, pretty pointless.

The loans reference is odd, it is unclear what is meant by family orientated (is it a family business, family friendly, flexible with parents needs?)

The impression is given that Job 1 is working within a Virgin/Branson type environment but also that it is insecure and not making any money.

A little clarification would be good.

loans from bank , housing loan , car loan.....

In Lebanon, you would have at least working for 1 year for the same company in order to get an approval from the bank.

I don't own a car right now, and I would need one.
