Hi,

I am looking at taking a company based in Gibralar to the SCC for £400. How would I go about doing this?

Also would it be standard practice to claim for £400 + what court costs are going to cost?

you need to check first of all whether you can - there are limitations on residency of person being sued, not sure whether Gibraltar is included.

Consider also - if your action is successful, what is the likelyhood that the defendent will pay up and if applicable costs for recovery (assuming successful).
