Small Business Unit / Retail Insurance Recommendation

Hi

Can anyone recommend a decent insurance company suitable for a small business unit 350 sq feet that also has a small trade counter for the public?

I'm getting quotes around £250.

My lease requires just third party insurance. I'm not bothered about insuring stock at this point or buildings (as that is covered by landlord) or any other extensions. Really, just to cover any third party liability I could run into.

Hi you could try HSBC who broker Hiscox insurance.

They were actually very good and we have employee liability, 3rd party liability and the one that covers me on customer sites (can't remember what its called) all for a very good price. Its under £250 PA.

I will keep on trying. I really can't get cheaper than £220. Seems it is just as cheap to include cover for stock etc. Just third party on its own doesn't make a lot of difference to the price.
