Small Business IT Support?

Hi everyone, we are looking for some IT support ideally on a retainer basis for any issues we have from "my printer won't connect" through to email issues, or setting up laptop & new email accounts for new starters etc. The time we sometimes spend on little issues could be better spent elsewhere, especially since we've no idea what we're doing when it comes to IT!

We're only a small team of 5 people here in UK so not a huge set up with 100's of accounts to maintain. Our sister company uses Babble but I'm told they have issues with response times and with support from such a large company (I think they're used to managing much bigger organisations). My suggestion was to use a one-man-band for more of a personal service but I have been advised against this by a friend who works in IT, he recommended to find a smaller company that specialises in supporting small businesses. I guess we just want more of a personal touch really where we can pick the phone up and say "John, I know I do this every month but I've locked myself out of my laptop again" ?

    Has anyone any recommendations?

    Hi,

This is exactly the sort of thing that we offer our clients. We are a relatively small team and aim to provide a personal and friendly service by getting to know you and your team.

You can find us by googling Alcom IT Aylesbury. Check out our IT Support section and, if you like what you see, feel free to contact me and we can set up a quick call.

I hope this helps and if you have any questions please let me know.

    Many thanks,

    Abe
