Small audit help

Hi,


I work in commercial accountancy and I have been asked to help a local community cricket club do a review/audit of their accounts.


Can anybody help with a template or any other info, its not something I've done before. They are not required to do an audit so it doesn't need to be greatly detailed.

The Charity Commission website is the best place to start. They have guidance on independent examinations here which should provide a good starting place.

with all due respect if you are not qualified and experienced to undertake such work you really shouldn't be doing it

I work in Audit and agree greatly with the person above, if you have not carried out an audit before then I wouldn't do it?
