In any indutry if you are sleeping it is not good for your industry and also foy your self. the company wil be dismies you.

Always take a nap, drink a caffeine drink before nap (They do not work instantly) nap less than 20 mins so not into REM sleep, wake up as caffeine is starting to work.

Makes for a much more effective day

this has escalated and not really got anywhere - but personally, i would bloody love a nap during the day

Love the idea! especially if you encourage it and have designated area for it, even better. My father always told me a story about one guy in his office in hong kong and there were 50 + people there and one guy used to take a 15-20 powernap every lunch time under his desk and was full of life the whole afternoon, made a huge difference to his productivity apparently.

I don't feel "sanctioned" sleep in any job setting is a good idea. Employees will have a field day with all the possible reasons to take/need a "power nap" which will just become excuses to do minimal work but, ironically, the same employees will still want their maximum pay.
