We have an employee who is on long term sick she has been getting sick pay (ssp) but last week she didnt bring an uptodat docs note in do I have to backdate it?

To get paid your employee needs to provide a sick note to cover the full period of sickness. You need to chase her for the certificate and let her know that if she does not provide it she will not get paid.
