Judging by the responses - or more accurately, the non-responses to many of the posts on this thread, it looks to me like Monty Lister is looking for vindication, someone to tell him that everything is absolutely fine and he's worrying over nothing, which he has had from Vectis.

Except that if it's enough for him to start a thread in public about this, then things don't seem to be fine, and I'm not convinced burying one's head in the sand is a good idea.

There's been a lot of sensible advice in this thread, but if you're just going to ignore the stuff you don't want to hear, what's the point?

For your information mr japancool, if you honestly think that i have ignored the advice given to me on here, then you are very wrong.
After the advice i have been given, i have decided what i am going to do.
I will post my decision as soon as i can

Many thanks to you all. I really appreciate your time, and i MEAN what i say

Hopefully you see some perspective in whatever you decide to do!

There are thousands of people (and that includes me) struggling to find a way in life, wondering where the next few pounds are coming from.

I'd kill to be in a situation where I owned a profitable business with someone seemingly able to make money come out of their arse a part of it.

I am sure you have worked hard to get the business going in the first place, and that must be respected indeed. But maybe people become blinded by what they're used to, and when you're "making it" in businesses, you take that part for granted, the fact that you have a nest egg, and so you find something else to be unsatisfied about.

As alluded to already, you clearly have an issue with the scenario and you're unhappy enough to post it on a public forum, but don't forget you still seem to be in a privileged position where others are struggling and would love to be in your place!

    Good luck.
