Shop Ideas?

Hi, local to me is a large shopping complex, very similar to The Range but cheaper and less visually attractive. There is a small precinct of shops that is owned by the company and leased out to individuals. There is a shop available at the moment but wonder what I could put there.

There are a ton of food shops already there so that probably would be a no no. There is a computer shop, dolls house furniture and hair salon.

Any ideas what could work well?
