Shipping to US

I'm writing a business plan, and trying to work out some costs for sending packages to the US.

The package size is 52cm x 52cm x 10cm. Weight 2kg.

Cheapest price I've found online is about £30.

So- my question is, if I'm doing a decent volume (say 50 parcels a week), can I expect to get much of a reduction on this price? Has anyone got experience with what sort of price I can expect?

The package size is the killer. If you could get it down, then you could use the Royal mail. Cost about£12 for that.

Unfortunately we're talking photo canvases here- so not able to reduce the package size.

Why don't you just "ship" the data-file to a printer in the US at near-zero cost and have them produce and deliver "locally" (albeit that local can be transcontinental, you get my point, I'm sure).

As per my experience this price is right for this package size because i have shifted my package in us with high amount. You don't need to expect any reduction on this price and you can shift your package.
