Share Capital and Shareholder Details

Hi All

Any help/guidance would be appreciated.

When registering a new Co electronically on the Companies House website, in regard to the "Shareholder and Shareholder Details" section, how is " the number and class of shares, amount paid on each share, nominal value of the shares, currency and totals. Prescribed particulars of rights attached to shares will also need to be supplied (i.e. details of voting, distribution, dividend and any redemption rights attached to the shares)" determined?

How do I determine the number and class of shares, amount paidon each share, nominal value of the shares, currency and totals?

As I will be the only shareholder (ie Director/Subscriber) will my Articles of Association simply default to Table A?

What exactly does Companies House need me to submit in the "Share Capital and Shareholder Details" section?

Everything else is pretty straight forward, but this section is ambiguous to someone who has never utilized the Web Incorporation Service.

Help, please!

let me break my question down...

Does my Memorandum Association need to be for

a) Company having a Shared Capital

or

b) Company without a Shared Capital ?

also.... can someone direct me to where I might find a free template for

Articles of Association?

I'm sure someone can help ?!

I would think it would need to be for a company having a share capital. If the company does not have a share capital you will not be able to withdraw profits as a dividend.
