Does anyone know how to withdraw SH01 from Companies House?

I would suspect they would say it is a legal document and can't be changed.

Why do you need to withdraw it?

We would like to withdraw because the date of shares allotted was wrong. The shares were allotted on 31 October 2017, but we filled SH01 on which the date of shares allotted is 10 September 2017.
Do you know another way how this can be corrected?

Additionally, do you know if corrections need to be made on previous filled SH01 (from 2015 -2016) if we discovered mistakes or sending confirmation statement will be enough?

Call Companies House and ask for their advice. There is a form RP04 that you can complete to complete any inaccuracies on the Companies House register. Companies House should be able to talk you through how to complete and file this.
