Setting up an American based company.

I want to buy wholesale from a supplier in America but they can only supply to American companies due to licensing issues.

I don't want to buy from the UK distributor because they are a monopoly and ripping me off as they have sole distributorship.

I was thinking of setting up an American company and forwarding shipments to our UK address.

Anyone know what needs to be done?
