Setting Up A Paypal Buy Button

Hello All,
Newbie here! I want to sell a Cookbook on a Church website, do I need to add a bank account to my Paypal account? I managed to setup a button & tried to buy a book myself but nothing happened.

You may need a PayPal business account. That’s where you setup the bank account details. You will also need to provide proof of identity.

The site also needs to be https.

When you click on the PayPal button on the site are you taken to PayPal?
