I've spotted a niche that I wish to expose, but a critical success factor for its potential is a means of a low monthly subscription that lasts a contracted minimum of 12 months.
For example,
Customer pays £1.99 for a minimum of twelve months via a direct debit (via GoCardless).
I am a recent graduate in the art of business, but unfortunately they don't teach you what is actually vital when setting up your own company.
So I am asking how I would go about setting up such a contract and if there are any complications that will prevent me from doing so as a small business.
I understand that logically, such a small re-curring payment would most likely not be cancelled or barely acknowledge by the typical consumer but i would like to have the security that a contract brings.
