Please, I need help. This business thing is absolutely new to me.
Questions arise every time on my mind...have I made a mistake...how do I run this comapny...do I need an accountant at this stage...who do I seek advise from...do I pay myself...should I register personal UTR...do I register for CIS...how much must be left in my account...can I withdraw all the money...I haven't got personal UTR, do I need one...how do I resolve my tax seeing that I am just 2 months old...how do I raise payslip? This and many more.
Please! I need help!!!

    Sound advice above find an accountant you can work with spend sometime on this and get the right one for you, one you feel the most happy / comfortable with. There maybe a little cost to get you sorted but their professional advice will be well worth it in the long run especially as this is all new to you.

    Taking a step backwards for a moment did you need to set up a ltd company could you have run your business as a sole trader which maybe could have been a little less complicated and given you a chance to build up your business and learning experience.

    One final observation should Props and Structs ltd actually have been Props and Struts ltd
