Separate social media accounts for each domain?

We have a few domain names, all advertising specific services we offer as part of our main business.

Eg: banner printing, vehicle signs.

The websites are branded differently and are trading names of our main company.

At the moment we use the one social media account for the main company, across all the domains.

Would it better to set the up unique accounts for each?
Would having duplicate content on social media affect the SEO on the websites?

Do most of your customers deal with more than one of your brands? If so, I would just use the one social media account for the entire company.

If each brand tends to have its own customers, I'd use separate social media accounts for each brand so you can continue posting content relevant to those customers only.

Spot on advice. The difficulty your going to then get in this situation is managing all the different accounts! Thats going to be a ballache. You could use tweetdeck for twitter and add buffer into the mix but at some point its going to get complicated as hell!

Approaching social media through a few individual site pages does have some benefits (targeted content to an audience, little to no impact on SEO, etc). All this said I would advise against it as it can cause complications regarding brand consistency and it will also spilt your audience. The more engagement on one feed the higher you will be ranked which can lead to more impressions – this is key! Obviously, the final decision is in your hands but I'm here if you need any more information.
