Hi,

Am looking for a SEO provider to be used for a client who is an estate agency in London. Bad experiences thus far with SEO companies. Not naming any.

Want white hat seo practices and someone who can do on page optimisations with a working site while not overbearing it with links and so on.

Would love to have any recommendations... of who we could use,

Thanks

Hi

I can highly recommend David at Makeuswebsite - he has been doing my own site's SEO and 8 of my clients since July last year - his rates are good and he delivers results and he is really nice to deal with you!

Having used 2 or 3 SEO companies in the past, who did not deliver the results - I would recommend you get in touch with David

Thanks Ray.

Always does the heart good to see posts removed and *cough* replaced with a mod post having service offering in the sig ;)

Signature removed for the sake of fairness (thanks for the nudge )

Just to be clear on this, I thankfully don't need the work, nor am I seeking it but you seem to be, hence the deletion of your post.

Hi there, I'd like to recommend 'ivantage' to you. They're a great team of people, extremely friendly and I found that they get some great results. I've worked in close contact with them and found them very attentive. They also run some great Google course which I've actually been on myself...any way give them a search and they might be what your looking for.

Hi,

First of all thank you to everyone for taking the time out for replying. We had a budget and fell foul to a year long agreement with a company that didnt deliver. Couldnt even see any on page changes.

I really like the approach of a few of the recommendations. Cost is obviously an issue but results are what count. We only want white hat SEO techniques and would welcome any advice of how to proceed and budgets we should consider in such a competitive market???

Also is it possible to get monthly agreements rather than yearly, the practices inthe industry seem really mixed.

thanks again everyone. hope the recommendations are from users of services rather than providers.

keep the comments coming as i am sure others will have similar questions and want some up to date replies.

My website designer Sizzle Media in Manchester aproached me 4 weeks ago in regards SEO, i was a bit sceptible about it due to the costs I can ill aford at the moment. After much thought went for it at an initial 3 month deal at £300 p/m and given I got tired after searching page after page using a key word and then after only 3 weeks I'm on page 1, cant fault it.
