having some spare time now I have decided to do my SEO on my website, and what I am hoping to do is sign up for a SEO report and use this as a guide and then change things, what is the best online report to use and will not only get the results I need but use it to see what keywords that people have found me from searches.

You really need to link up to Google Webmaster tools https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools (and whilst you are doing it Bing Webmaster tools http://www.bing.com/toolbox/webmaster)

    - edited due to cross post -

you can link your search term from Google Webmaster Tools through to your google analytics. GWM tools gives you what you want in terms of backlinks and search positions

    - the following doesn't apply to you but left in for the benefit of others --

You also need an analytics package, there are many available from log analysers (like AWstats, often provided in your hosting c-panel) through to cookie/javascript tools.

The most common/popular free one is Google Analytics http://www.google.co.uk/analytics/, but if you don't feel comfortable or that Google deserve your data for free you can set up your own analytics reporting system with Piwik http://piwik.org/.

There is also the free stat counter http://statcounter.com/

There is a massive art to really understanding analytics, the guru on this is Avinash Kaushic http://www.kaushik.net/avinash/

Webmaster Tools and Google analytics will both provide you with enough data to start sorting out any potential problems with your site.... duplicate meta data for example.

You may also want to consider a months subscription to SEOMOZ, which will allow you to run a report against your site and identify any issues, as well as optimising it for you chosen keywords.
