I think this misses a lot of SEO issues that are really very important. I would say that claiming this is the 20% that makes 80% of the difference is quite a way off.

E.g:
Navigability and link visability are extremely important, this can often be a problem with heavily javascript pages. So is reducing outgoing links from high-energy pages. Dangling pages are also a key issue in losing page rank.

We need to think about contributing to and thus prolonging the life of threads like this which are so obviously posted by link droppers. Should they not be removed?

When I come along here and see such nonsense being permitted the whole UKBF experience is cheapened and devalued for me. Does anyone else feel like this or am I just getting old?
