Can anyone recommend the most reliable way to send parcels to China, 20 x 15 x 1cm and only about 300g. The cheapest way is probably to just post it, but is the postal service reliable in China and how long would it take? The value is about £900 for each parcel and it could be anywhere in China.
Thanks

Thanks all,
I dint actually bother looking at DHL as recently there prices have been high compared to UPS and the likes, however i have just looked and it is about £23 without any account so they are actually cheaper than most other's. Obviously there are cheaper ways but as Mr says and from past experience it isn't worth the risk and i have suffered many times when using some of the cheaper options within the UK. I basically just use UPS, Pacelforce for larger items and everything else just goes in the Royal Mail Post, who have been fantastic.
Thanks again

Try Parcel2Go - we have been using them for a couple of years and sent many small parcels that way. We find them reliable, reasonably quick and fair pricing. Also plenty of drop off points in UK.

This is the type of thing that I advise to avoid when sending consignments to China
You need to be using a company that is actually doing the job and not a parcel reseller

I disagree Jeremy. We have rates that are way below what Fedex, UPS, DHL etc charge. There is no difference in the service. China is no different.

    I don't refer to rates .
My question is who is controlling these shipments and who is accountable
The feedback from the customers on these reseller site are that when it goes wrong there is no human to deal with it
If you have an issue and you can answer the customers call straight away and then deal with fedex UPS or who ever very quickly and get it resolved. You would have a massive advantage over a lot of the other reseller sites
