Hi, I'm just wondering if any of you have advice for serving these two markets? I have a product which is cheap and sells in small quantities. We usually post them out by standard airmail and it takes around 5 working days to most places internationally. We always have major problems with delivery times to Saudia Arabia and the Emirates, I think they're super cautious with stuff coming into their country (although you can't tell we're sending product, it appears like a normal letter/printed paper). This is a shame because these customers spend BIG and I really want to do more business with them.
Is there any clever way of targeting and serving these countries, does anyone have any experience of dealing with an agent or anything similar out there?
