Selling to a store- T&Cs

Hi all,

We are looking to approach some small stores to stock our range of leather accessories (bags and purses which retail between £60-£100). Has anyone come across any good examples of Terms and Conditions documents that you would get the buyer to sign off when placing the order, or would anyone kindly be happy to share theirs as a template for us to look at?
