Selling In Shopping Malls

Hi.

I was walking through the shopping mall recently and there was a gas/electric a salesman stopping people to pitch his product. Just wondering how much does it cost to hire a space in such venues to do something smilar?

Recently there were 5 'sheds' put up in the outside area of the trafford centre in Manchester. The were only going to be errected for 6 weeks and I know each trader was paying 10k for those 6 weeks. I also heard that it would have cost 25k to hire a shop front in side for 25k for the same period of time.

Approach the shopping centres and ask.
I am sure it varies a great deal depending on how long you want to be there and what you are doing.

It will depend on the footfall, how busy they are and how they like what you are doing. Years ago I got a stand for a week free in a big shopping centre in the city centre. But was doing educational stuff so that might be why.

For the smaller ones in Glasgow you're looking at £400 a day on the weekend.
