selling alcohol on an outdoor stall?

Hi, where can I get information on alcohol laws?

I work from a van parked close to a highstreet that sells food. Im just wondering of im allowed to sell alcohol aswell.

Nope not without a licence - you need to contact your local council for advice

you would have to take a test for the Personal License, and obtain a Premises license for the land - however unless you own or rent the land you are on, you won't be able to - you cannot license a moving vehicle.
