Hi All,
We run a window cleaning business that has fairly recently started to franchise...
We have a handful of customers that our operational business has been servicing for a few years that now fall into a new franchisees territory.
Should we sell these customers to the franchisee, or give the customers to them?
What is the usual "franchise etiquette" for this kind of situation?
