Hello.
My name is Andrzej and from 07.04.2020
I will start selling products on eBay by self employ. Therefore, I have a few questions about whether someone would be able to answer me.
1. If I start business as the date above, can I start ordering goods for selling now or do I have to wait until this date.
2. I buy goods in 100 pcs. Collective packaging. I sell 5 pcs, 10 pcs, 15 pcs and 20 pcs, in each case there is a different price whether I have to book it separately or some ebay synchronization program with Quickbooks can handle it.
3. Some goods come to me damaged or some of the goods are lost along the way (these are loose substances). I don't receive a refund for that from the supplier. What in this case, because at the end of the year it will turn out that I still have x kg or x pieces of a given product in stock and in fact I don't have it.
4. My suppliers sends everything by Courier. Should I calculate the cost of transport for each product individual or booked it seperate . Transport is not specified because I dont get any recipts The proof of purchase is only a bank transfer.
5. I have some goods left that I was selling without being self employ, can I sell them through the business?
Regards
Andrzej

1. You can order goods. Your business really starts when you do something.
Your sales will start later.

2. You list it separately. Multiple systems will link to bank accounts or you can enter paypal figures once a month if you wish.
3. That's between you and supplier. Deal with the damaged stock as whatever. You spend money buying it, you don't make money selling the damaged stuff?
4. You include the transport costs in your bookkeeping as a cost. You set your prices to hopefully cover all your costs plus make a profit.
5. Yes
