Seeking small all-inclusive office in Leeds

Hi,

Yes I would need to be in Leeds as I wouldn't want to spend to much time/money on travelling, and I wouldn't really want to be too far either or my mind would be more on my son rather than work, I hate being far from him! I'm looking mainly for south Leeds area (Middleton/Stourton/Morley/Beeston/Hunslet/Holbeck/City Centre) and have found a few that I'm going to ring enquire about tomorrow.

Thanks

The ones that I was thinking of are too far for you then. I'll keep my eyes open for anymore for you though.

We rent ours from Leeds council so it works out well below market rate. I don't know if they have any serviced/all inclusive offices though (ours isn't). Have you enquired with the council to see what they've got? They're not usually the prettiest offices in the world but they are usually much cheaper than the going rate. Good luck with your enquiries today.

Excellent, you'll have to keep us posted on how you get on. We're near Dunelm Mill, going out towards Holbeck. Very handy for town and the rent is about a quarter of the going rate round here! I don't think any of these are serviced though but some of the other council ones might be good.

It is very cheap although admittedly it was a bit of a shell when we moved in! The downside is that in the winter electricity was quite expensive - about £400- £500 per quarter but we do have about 1000 sq ft of open space shared between my company and another. Plus we were using plug in heaters all winter. I think if you get somewhere smaller it could work out quite well but you are right to be weighing the bills and stuff up, it all matters in the end!
