Seeking mobile app developers

Hi people, I own the website AdsHeaven- a free classifieds, and I'm looking to get a mobile application created but don't know where to find someone who can create it.

I am still studying at university so not looking to spend too much on it either - just something basic which will allow people to post and view the adverts directly from their smartphone.

Does anyone know anyone or have any idea where I can find someone?

Also, do you think its a good idea?

The 'not spend too much' will put prospective developers off. People need to get paid for their time and if you are serious about this you cant do it on a shoestring, you could try posting something on odesk or guru or similar site. You wont get any UK based iphone developers on the cheap.

alternatively make 'another' website that sits on a sub domain such as mob.adsheaven.co.uk that is built to display the content you want to show in mobile browers -
