Hello everyone,

I'm searching for a non-tied, independent financial advisor who can go beyond what my excellent accountant offers and provide a holistic review of my company and personal financial situation.

What I'm Looking For:

1. Investment Options: My company has a significant cash reserve that's not earning much interest in a savings account. I'm interested in exploring better investment avenues.

2. Tax-Efficient Mortgage Payments: I'm paying off a mortgage in my personal capacity and would like to know how much I can draw from the company without incurring unnecessary tax liabilities.

3. Health Cover: I'm considering health insurance and would like to know whether taking it through the company or privately is more tax-efficient.

4. Pension Fund: I'm contemplating setting up a pension fund and need advice on whether it should be through the company or in my personal capacity.

5. Etc: Any other financial advice that can benefit both me as a director and individual.

Requirements:

- Must be non-tied and independent
- Should have experience in both corporate and personal finance
- Must be able to provide a comprehensive financial review

If you fit the bill and have references or can recommend someone who does, please get in touch.

Many thanks,

Max

    Hi @MaxB

In my experience the Financial Adviser needs to work well together with your Accountant - to ensure you have joined up advice!

Have you asked your Accountant, as they may know an IFA that they have worked well with in the past?

Thank you Frank. I did ask him a while back and he said no one came to mind. I could check in again with him.
