Hello Everyone,
Am a new member here but have been a "lurker" for some time. Great resource here, much appreciated.
I was wondering if someone could help me track down some software for my needs.
I've been searching via Google for the past few hours for some customer management software.
Specifically, I need an application that will allow me to create customer files/accounts - each with customer information (e.g. Name, DOB, address, telephone etc.) as well as the following:
1) Add notes to the customer file.
2) To set statuses on each customer (e.g. New, Pending, Processed, Archived) and be able to see a list of each (view "pending customers", "processed customers" etc.)
3) To set "reminders" on each account/file so I am alerted of the customer file when X amount of time has passed.
4) Preferably have some sort of log within each file, list format, to show what has happened to the file (though this isn't vital).
I'd also like the ability to create custom fields in/on each file.
I appreciate this could be done using MS Access, Excel or something like Sage but I don't have much experience with these applications so I was wondering if anyone know of any software that already offers the functionality I am looking for.
If someone could help me with this I'd appreciate it.
