Seeking Advice on Selling My Online Furniture Business

Hello everyone,

I'm the owner of a furniture manufacturing business that I've been running since 2019. After much consideration, I'm thinking about selling the business and I'm here seeking advice and insights from this knowledgeable community.

A bit about the business:

• Sales Channels: We operate entirely online, utilizing platforms like Etsy, Amazon, our own website, and eBay.
• Team: We are a small but efficient team of 4.
• Financials: The business has a turnover of $650K with a profit of $180K.

I'm currently at a crossroads and need some guidance on the following points:

1. Business Agents: I'm considering using KBS Corporate to handle the sale. Does anyone here have experience or reviews about them?
2. Valuation: What is the basic valuation calculation for a business like mine? I want to understand how businesses in my sector are typically valued, considering our online presence and financials.
