Seeking a great UK fulfilment partner

We are a young and growing London-based ceramics brand in search of a quality fulfilment partner we can depend on.

We design our products in the UK, produce in the EU and import some third party products as well. We serve both consumers and trade in the UK and abroad. All our deliveries are dispatched in high-quality plastic-free custom packaging.

The quality of the work of our current service provider has decreased dramatically and we experiencing a number of pick & pack errors and breakages.

Our requirements are:
- Located within 3 hours travel from London
- Experience with fragile items
- D2C online orders and B2B for retailers and hospitality
- Offer multiple shipping carriers
- Online inventory management (integration with Shopify)
- Ideally with an EU base to serve the single market

I don't know what your margins are but unfortunately I think you'll struggle to find someone to handle the internationals at a decent price. Most couriers don't want the hassle of claims from breakables so they'll either choose to not touch it or will not offer you any cover for breakages. You'll pay a huge fee if you find a fragile goods fulfilment specialist.
