Hi, does anyone have any first-hand experience with Secure Trading aka Acquiring aka Trust Payments?

I signed up with them on Monday, as-in, I signed the contract/pricing schedule, but I've not heard a peep out of them since. I received an email from their automated system saying "thank you for your patronage" etc and that I'd be taking payments within 24Hrs.

It's Friday now and I've heard FA. I have contacted them via their support email twice and the rep that signed me up, but I've heard nothing.

I'll be honest, the rep that signed me up seems a nice & helpful guy, but wow that company is SLOOOOOW in processing things. So far, from the first contact to now, we're talking almost 4 weeks. 10 Days alone from submitting my company docs / ID etc to get an acknowledgment of approval and a week after that to get an agreement to sign.

Does anyone here have any feedback on them? As it stands, I'm thinking of using my 7 day right to cancel and go elsewhere because of how slow they are and the lack of coms

Wow, I'm impressed. Most businesses appear to give no days to cancel.

No clue what timescale should be during lockdown but yes lack of communication is a worry.

The whole process has been slow, like pulling teeth... I was hoping some folks in here have experience of them, cos if they're this bad it onboarding, how bad are they when there's a problem?

Think I will give them until Tuesday then cancel.
