Hi, I’m new to the forum and I'm looking for some advice.
I'm from Hungary living in the UK for 10 years.
I have a partner company based in Hungary who has just taken over a second hand clothes wholesale business. We have just completed our first purchase and not that happy with what we received. I'm looking for a UK based second hand clothes wholesaler, which provides very good quality sorted clothes. With sorted clothes I mean it's gotta be sorted like each sacks or bales contain only coates or only jumpers, only trousers etc. We require at least 60-70% of winter clothes ( eg. coates, jumpers, hoodies, trousers) this time of year. The company rapidly expanding. Current volume would be 3-4 full artic loads per month at the moment, but most probably gonna be more in the near future.
The partner company has a really good reputation in Hungary, with a healthy customer base, which they are about to expand as well. Future plan is to take clothes to other East European countries as well as Africa. We will be interested about huge volume of clearence clothes and second hand shoes as well. Because the market is flooded by second hand clothes wholesalers, it's really hard to find out which ones are reliable and can provide the quality and our sorting needs.
Because of the first purchase was disappointing, that's why I'm here, looking for some advice in order to find the best possible supplier.
The quality is more important, than the price, but obviously that should be good as well.
The buyer would be my UK based limited company and I would sell the clothes to my Hungarian partner. Transport and everything sorted, we really just need to find the best supplier(s) who we could build a long term business relationship.
Any advice, hints, tips would be greatly appreciated and thank you for your time to read my post.
