Second company structuring

Hi Guys

Thanks for looking.

My issue is this .

I have a ltd company turning over 500k+ .

Me and my wife are shareholders.

For various reasons I need to launch a seperate company website which is almost identicle.
This company will not make a lot to begin with but will hopefully grow over time (not to the same heights I doubt) .

What would be the best way to set up the new company alongside the old.

My main concern is I would not like to have to say on my site "part of the X group"
I dont want them to seem linked if this is possible .

I dont mind if this is done from a legal standpoint and if I have to pay vat on this company which I suspect will be the case this is also not a problem but wonder the best way to structure so they seem like seperate entities .

If you and your wife are shareholders in the new company then it will not be part of a group. Your existing company would need to own the shares for it to be a group.
