Seasonal Lease

I run a club on a holiday park and usually have a contract signed before I commence the season in March. This year there are new park owners and a new contract has just been given to me to sign. The contract is not what was discussed at the begining of the year, I have spoken and sent letters to them, but they have now said 'sign it' that's the only one there is. Where do I stand? They don't negotiate.

If they wont negotiate then the balls in your court, take the contract to your solicitor so that you are clear on the implications
