Hello,
I hope this is OK to post here.
I'm part of a research team based in The Netherlands looking at the role of gender in office design. We are running a workshop later this month in Italy, wherein we will take a group of women office workers to a monastery in Tuscany for a week-long research retreat, exploring the lived experiences of working in offices, and how this might be improved.
We would like to have the voices of office cleaners represented, and have two spaces in the workshop for cleaners. This research is funded by the Dutch Research Council (NWO) and is a collaboration between researchers at two Dutch research institutions.
We can offer flights, accommodation, and food throughout the week, as well as replacement wages if participating will cost earnings, and we also have a childcare subsidy. Essentially, it will not cost money or earnings to participate in, and should be an enjoyable week in a beautiful setting with a friendly group of women. We hope that this will offer an opportunity to take a break from a regular routine, and present a voice in ongoing research about how to make workplaces better for women. The workshop will also be part of a documentary film.

If you know anyone who might like to participate, please do forward this link to them. The only criteria are that they identify as a woman, are located within the UK or EU, are available from 28 Oct-3 Nov, and work or have worked as a cleaner in an office.
