Hi,
I am Richard Hodgson, Head of Commercial Department/Commercial Recruitment Manager for Searchfield Group, we have been established since September 2005 and it is going well for us, we have moved from our front room into a nice office building in Surrey and are regulary working with clients who are annoyed with bad performing consultancies, agencies.
I personally as well as running a team, cover several key accounts, ensuring that we give value for money in what is deemed to be an industry that is "money for old rope", I would be intrigued to hear your thought on this as small to medium businesses owners.
If we can be of assistance to you we currently deal in the following markets, construction, sales, commercial (business support) and R2R.
As part of joining the forum it is only right to offer a competitve rate for your members and my soon to be associates, friends, (hopefully) therefore we will happily talk to you about this if and when the need arises, I would also like to give something back so I operate a referal scheme of (amount £100+) per candidate, dependant on value/job equally If I can offer anyone advice on this subject I would gladly participate and help where I can.
