Hi all,

I have recently bought a Café, it needs work to build up the trade but it is going in the right direction! And it can be very sucessful!

I have big plans for the business, but in order to achieve this, I am considering going into partnership with someone with experience as I am not in the business full time, so I rely on my staff.

Could someone please advice, where do I start??

Thank you ;)

Hi there.

Well first of all what region is your cafe located? how is it sited? (town centre, suburb, ind estate, etc), are you seeking a working partner? investing partner? consulting partner? (you pay), how many covers? current opening hours? number of staff? etc, etc . . .

There are loads of other questions that spring to mind, but without certain specifics from you it's all a shot in the dark.

Hi there
My cafe is in Northamptonshire, on the high street.
Currently 2 staff. 35 covers with outside seating for 12.
Am thinking of a bringing in a working partner, to put in small investment, will get salary and profit share.
Would Need experience, passion for food and be able to see the big picture as I have big plan for the business.

This is only a thought at this stage as I have not had it long.
Just not sure where to look...
