I'm playing around with Search Console and I can see the total amount of clicks is about one third of the "Users" shown in Analytics.
Are they measuring different parameters ?
I'm not splitting any analytics down to paid/orgasmic/direct because I cant see how to do that in search console.

They are quite different tools, and report metrics differently. Users, for example, is the number of individuals who visited your website. Whereas clicks is the number of times your link was clicked from a Google search.

If I go directly to your site by entering the URL in the browser, you'd get one user but no clicks.

If I then search in Google and click your site, you'd have one click and still one user, because it only counts me once as a user. You would, however, have two sessions.

So, yes, they're measuring different parameters.

To see a basic breakdown of your traffic sources in Analytics:

Acquisition > All traffic > Source/Medium

Then you can, for example, click 'google/organic' in the table, to focus on just Google traffic, then click the 'secondary dimension' dropdown and click:

Behavior > Landing page

To see which pages are getting traffic from Google.
